Living Turf Grass (Excluding Lawn Care Products)
Delivery Policy
A minimum of 48 hours lead time is required for direct delivery. A minimum of 24 hours is required for collection from our Allenview farm (this is subject to demand and can increase during peak season demand, which is from September to December).
Turf grass is a living product that is harvested fresh from our Allenview farm. Please be aware that harvesting turf grass is subject to good weather conditions. If for whatever reason weather impacts our ability to harvest an order we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to notify you and re-schedule your delivery. Note, that during the summer months, we harvest on the night before your delivery so you will be notified around 7am the day of your delivery if a weather event has delayed your order.
Direct Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us (Shopify) containing your order details (email address is required). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Delivery takes place 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) and orders will be delivered within one business day of your preferred delivery day. We will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm your delivery date and address. You will receive further communication on the day prior to your confirmed delivery day to provide a 2 hour delivery window for your delivery. Collection from Farm
Our farm is located at 228 Brookland Road, Allenview Q. 4285. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us (Shopify) containing your order details (email address or mobile phone number is required). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm your pickup date. Collection Days:
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3pm.
Saturday: 7am to 12pm
Sunday: Closed.

Jimboomba Turf Group uses Australia Post as the preferred service to facilitate the shipping of the majority of our lawn care products.
