Even in SEQ, warm-season grasses like Sir Walter DNA Certified Buffalo and Empire Zoysia can soften in colour as the days shorten and temperatures drop. ColourGuard Plus is a 100% organic, non-toxic grass colourant with a soluble fertiliser blended in, meaning it keeps your lawn looking lush and green while quietly nourishing it at the same time. It's safe for the kids and pets once dry, won't wash off or stain hard surfaces if you apply it carefully, and lasts up to three months per application. Lawn Solutions OxaFert — Get ahead of the weeds
The single most effective thing you can do for your lawn in winter is stop weeds before they ever show their face. That's exactly what Oxafert does. It's a pre-emergent herbicide combined with a slow-release fertiliser, so it’s a two-in-one product that prevents weed seeds from germinating while feeding your turf at the same time. This selective herbicide knocks out broadleaf weeds without harming your lawn, and winter is the ideal time to apply it, while those weeds are still leafy and before they get the chance to seed and spread.
