Delivery Policy

A minimum of 48 hours lead time is required for direct delivery.

A minimum of 24 hours is required for collection from depot.

Direct Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Delivery takes place 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) and orders will be delivered within one business day of your preferred delivery day.

We will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm your delivery date and address. You will receive further communication on the day prior to your confirmed delivery day to provide a 2 hour delivery window for your delivery.

Delivery will take place using our fleet of company trucks with tailgate forklifts.

Collection from Depot

Our depot location is 1/243 Bradman Street, Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order

details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order

within a few minutes of ordering. We will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm your pickup date.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on (07) 3273 1166 so that we can resolve any problems.

If a customer receives turf which is not as ordered or are defective or in any way damaged, then the customer should contact Jimboomba Turf Group to discuss return of goods, if appropriate, and to receive a refund or replacement.
